RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to absolutely love your Ashley Kate Studio piece.

For eligible ready-to-wear pieces, we offer change-of-mind returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the piece must be unworn, unused and returned in its original condition and packaging, with any certificates, valuations or documentation supplied with the piece.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order before returning your piece.

Unless the item is faulty or otherwise covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law, return postage and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
